Metroline Research Group founders, Dave Kains and Paul Ulbrick were looking for an alternative to the current research offerings in the GTA and established Metroline in 1991 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.
The company set up a state-of-the-art facility in Kitchener-Waterloo. This area was chosen because it is a bustling, fast-growing community, its proximity to Toronto and for its representative nature with respect to the rest of Canada.
Initially intended to be primarily a small business consulting firm serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Metroline’s roster of larger, national clients quickly grew.
Many of these clients continue to work with Metroline today. Over 15 years, Metroline’s survey researchers and focus group recruiters have reached out to virtually all major markets in North America, and hundreds of smaller markets in between.
In 1998, Metroline expanded to include a mid-town Toronto location.
Today, Metroline employs over 30 people and continues to build on an established foundation of trust and solid research. |
